Foundation gallery is very proud to support Alex Macfarlane’s first solo show.
Alex has been a student since 2020
Favouring a broad brush and a gestural style lean. Works feature soft delicious landscapes, a brace of large still life works where the wild roses grow and other images that capture her interest and expression.

We are delighted that Dr Ingrid Boberg
Senior Lecturer Visual Arts at AUT will open this show.

What’s on at Foundation.
The Snugleigh community super scarf community event 18th September with a weekend art fair featuring local artists. Mark Brockie will have his wheel and be conducting a mini ceramic workshop and other local artists will be sharing their work and practice see poster for details.
Alex Macfarlane’s first solo show on the following Friday 25th 6-8. These events are open to everyone.
Please come and enjoy art in our community.

Hi I’m looking for 3 big branch’s, top of trees from a trim skeletons really would be best with little foliage? The ones that just got cut off because they were dead?
Can I give these a new lease of life?
If you have just taken some down I would like them for the Snugleigh sculpture?

Would anyone have a fat long piece of bamboo?
I am missing one of the knitting needles and I need a pair?
