Leadership isn't something students wait to learn after they leave school—it's a skill that can be developed now.
We're excited to introduce a Leadership Development Course designed specifically for high school students, providing practical skills in communication, teamwork, resilience, confidence, problem-solving, and decision-making.
What makes this programme truly unique is that it is led by our very own USA-certified leadership trainer with experience coaching United States Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel. Students will gain insights from proven leadership principles that have been used to develop high-performing teams in some of the world's most demanding environments—adapted specifically for young people.
