We have been in business for over 5 years and have a team of experienced and qualified instructors. Our gym is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and we offer a variety of membership options to suit your needs. We are located in Koutu, BOP and our hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

🧼 Wipe it down — If you sweat on it, clean it. Give the next person a fresh start.

💨 Smell good — Come ready to train, but please remember your deodorant. Your training partner will thank you. 😂

👟 Respect the space — Keep our gyms clean, tidy and welcoming for everyone.

Over the weekend, some of our Profiles Collective members took on the 2026 Powertrip in Mount Maunganui, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who stepped onto the competition floor. 💪

Every lift, every rep, and every moment reflected the hard work, dedication, and countless hours of training that led to this weekend.
