Earlier this week we asked you when a pēpi or tamaiti stops being tapu. The response was unanimous - NEVER!

Tamariki are tapu forever and always - ake ake amine!

Tūpuna Maori knew tamariki are tapu and they have mana. Tamariki deserve every ounce of love, respect and patience we can muster, and then a bit more too. "Take care of our children. Take care of what they hear. Take care of what they feel. For how the children grow, so will be the shape of Aotearoa" - Dame Whina Cooper.

🌱Thank you to everyone for your support in our recent Cash Raffle. Your tautoko means so much. The purpose of this raffle is to purchase civil defence items, equipment and maintenance items including, but not limited to sandpaper, varnish and paint brushes.
