My background is varied! I worked for 23 years in the City of London as a Director of a firm of stockbrokers. I retrained as both a jeweller/designer and counsellor/coach and emigrated to New Zealand for a less frenetic lifestyle. I am an NLP Master Practitioner, a Mind/Body integration Coach, HNLP Life Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist. My passion is in helping people of all ages to make the most of their lives. Bringing together my ‘heart- work’ of coaching, working with Youth and music, enabled me to create the Be Free & Play Music! youth programme, which provides mentoring through Music. The results of the programme encouraged Julian and I to open The Music Place with the aim of making music available to everyone in our community. My role is best described as a Facilitator, both in terms of the Youth Programme, Coaching and running The Music Place. The greatest reward is seeing the smile on student’s faces as they leave their lessons. I am also a Photographer - so lucky to be involved in our creative community,
