Our Matariki Pō Mākete is next week.

We will be using a ticket system for all class stalls rather than cash. If you would like to pre-purchase tickets before the event, please visit the school office.

Please note:
• No refunds will be given.
• Cash and EFTPOS are available for purchasing tickets at the office and on the night.
• PayWave will not be available.
• Kai stalls outside the hall will accept cash only and will not use tickets.

We look forward to seeing everyone there for a great evening celebrating Matariki.

Week 9

Mauri ora ki a tātou!

Today we celebrated and congratulated 6 of our amazing tamariki who have raised over $300 each and $2217 in total, how awesome!! 🙌🏾

We want to acknowledge all of our tamariki and whānau who have raised money, even if it’s $10, it all adds up. So far, we have made a grand total of $3635, that’s phenomenal! 💯

We’re only 12 days in with another 18 days to go before our big event day, so let’s keep fundraising! ✊🏾

Thanks to Tamarangi and the YNG Barbershop in Moerewa for sponsoring 2 vouchers to use as prizes. Niko and Leo are going to be looking sharp for the 30th of June! 🤩

Tēnā koutou, would you like a ticket or few in our firewood raffle. They are $5 each, there are 100 tickets, there’s just 1 prize - a trailer load of Manuka and Oak mixed, and it will be drawn on Wednesday 1 July at our Matariki Pō Mākete here at Kawakawa Primary School. We can deliver locally (within 10kms of Kawakawa). All proceeds go towards our AIMS games netball and rippa rugby teams.
