Our Friday Pizza Workshop was a success. We were very lucky that it didn’t rain and even luckier to have such eager participants. We produced plenty of nicely shaped dough balls to take home for practice, as well as lots of pizza to enjoy on the day and to take away for the rest of the whānau. We’re already looking forward to our next Pizza Workshop in spring.

Thomas had an absolute blast baking pizzas for a private function in beautiful Leigh and tomorrow he’s back at the Stone Oven for another sourdough workshop!

Tickets are sold out (thank you all 🙌), but if you’ve ever wanted a private sourdough workshop at your own home for friends or family, now’s your chance, we’d love to make it happen.

We also have a few weekend dates open for private pizza parties or hands-on pizza workshops… and yes, everyone gets to eat the pizza at the end 😋🍕
