Term 3 is officially in full swing at Kaiwaka Playcentre! 🎨✨

The sandpit is busy, the paint is flowing, and our tamariki are diving straight back into child-led play and exploration. We love seeing our community reconnect after the holidays.

We are officially closed for the school holidays, opening back up on Wednesday, 22nd July.

This break includes Matariki - a beautiful time to reflect on the past year, celebrate the present, and look forward to the future together. We hope you all enjoy these weeks resting and making memories with your whānau 💛

As well as being our 85th Anniversary, this year also marks a significant milestone for NZSL; 20 years since NZSL was recognised as an official language of Aotearoa New Zealand.

They have kindly donated essential items to help us put together our civil defence kits, ensuring our tamariki and whanau are safe and prepared for any emergencies.
