Kia ora whanau,
You will be aware that, as of 11.59pm tonight, the whole country will be moving into level 4 lockdown for the next three days. This means school will be closed for the rest of the week.

However, no need to worry, our class sites are ready to go and learning is available for our students, if they feel motivated to continue learning tasks from home.

Alternatively, you might just prefer to spend the next few days reading together, and enjoying each other’s company. Whatever suits you and your family best.

The teachers will be meeting by zoom first thing in the morning to discuss next steps, and google hangouts will be posted with times that teachers will be available if you wish to connect and /or talk about the tasks. Teachers will also be available via email if support is needed for learning tasks.

We hope this will be a short lockdown, and that we’ll be back to school ASAP! In the meantime read, explore, enjoy your whanau time, and stay safe.
