It is with regret that we must inform you of the challenging decision Kaiapoi Borough School has had to make regarding the cancellation of the full two-day programme for our much anticipated 150th Jubilee celebration. This decision has been necessitated by lower-than-expected ticket sales.

Nevertheless, in the spirit of commemorating this significant milestone, we are determined to salvage the essence of our celebration! Therefore, we have decided to open the school gates and host a condensed version of the events on the afternoon of Friday, 24th November.

We understand the importance of this occasion and, to make it accessible to all, attendance for this scaled-down programme will be offered at no cost to those who wish to join us.

Kaiapoi Borough School - Te Kura Tuatahi o Kaiapoi - was established in 1873 and is proud to celebrate 150 years this November.

Come along to see the school as it is now, catch up with some familiar faces, and reminisce about the time you were associated with the school!

- Dinner at the Kaiapoi Club with guest speaker, ex-principal John Warburton
