This weekend at Red Dog Ranch Cooking School, we’re turning sourdough discard into fresh homemade pasta — and I’m VERY excited to finally put my new pasta attachments to work! 🙌🍝
Because there’s so much more to sourdough than just a loaf!
Fresh pasta, flour everywhere, plenty of laughs and a whole lot of deliciousness. 🐾❤️

Fed, happy… and clearly feeling VERY ambitious! 🫙

This is what happens when your sourdough starter decides it has places to be and bread to make. 🍞🤣

Has anyone else had a starter climb out of its jar overnight? 🙋‍♀️
