What a spectacular day at Murihiku Polyfest!
Our group of 77 girls absolutely stole the show today, performing a variety of songs with so much heart and talent.
A huge shoutout to our amazing Kaea Briar, who did an outstanding job leading the group with immense pride and strength.

It was wonderful to see so much of our school community in the crowd cheering us on. Thank you all for your amazing support.

We held the first round of the Southland Inter School Speech Competition today.

The girls delivered a variety of topics and we were impressed by their bravery and speech skills; right off the back of speech exams.

Our girls going through representing Yr 7/8:

Runner Up: Maya

Representing Yr 5/6:
Madeleine
Charlotte
Runner Up: Penny

They are now competing in the round on Wednesday.

Strictly Jump Jam 💃🏼

Our Junior and Senior Jump Jam teams had the ultimate pre-competition boost today.
We were incredibly lucky to host a private workshop with the absolute legend and Jump Jam guru himself, Brett Fairweather. He brought the energy, sharpened our routines, and gave the girls the perfect final polish.

Now, our dancers are officially pumped, focused, and ready to hit the stage. Tomorrow. Good luck to both teams as they compete in the regional competition tomorrow.

We are already so proud of your hard work, dedication, and amazing energy.
