What an amazing morning the Junior Syndicate had celebrating ‘Blokes Day’ with dads, grandads, uncles and neighbours. The range of activities was amazing. We had constructing, filming, painting, drawing, building, sports, police dogs and firemen and much more. Thankyou to everyone who came and made the morning so special. Congratulations Rubi who placed third at the Invercargill Area Speech final tonight (having won both the school and the Zone competition). Sadly for Rubi this means she must keep practising as she will now compete in the Grand Southland final in 2 weeks. We wish you the best of luck Rubi. You continue to make us very proud.

And the successes keep on coming. Zones speech competition today 1st Rubi, and Highly Commendeds (equivalent to 3rds) to Amahnia and Sam. 3 out of the top 4 placings to Waihopai School. We are very proud of all 4 akonga who competed with confidence and passion. Tu meke koutou.
