What a weekend! We couldn’t be more proud of our amazing students who took part in this year’s GG’s.

Whether you made it to the finals, got up there for the very first time, or gave it your best somewhere in between – you were all incredible. It takes real guts, talent, and commitment to step on that stage, and you did it with heart and style.

We are delighted to welcome piano teacher Sophia Kim to Music South!

Sophia is a classically trained pianist with a background in fine arts, offering a wealth of experience in both performance and teaching. She regularly performs solo piano at local events such as First Friday at the Civic Theatre, the Invercargill Club, and the Food Festival.
With nearly a decade of tutoring experience behind her, Sophia is known for bringing a creative and engaging approach to her lessons. We are thrilled to welcome Sophia on board!

Shout out to Linda, you are a star. You have worked so consistently and positively throughout our voice therapy sessions, bringing joy and enthusiasm to the studio every week. Your voice was always beautiful, but now that you are able to express yourself the way that you have always wanted to, your eyes sparkle just a little bit more.
