Our centre is led by a manager who is supported by two leaders across three age groups;

Our centre philosophy's core values are; whanaungatanga, manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga and rangatiratanga and these are at the heart of care and education of all children. Childrenโs experiences and learning are underpinned by strong relatio
nships. Infants, toddlers, and young children enjoy positive interactions with each other and teachers. Children benefit from growing learning focused partnerships between whฤnau and teachers. Children actively participate in a responsive curriculum skillfully progressed by teachers. They enact rangatiratanga, leading their own learning and engaging in sustained, uninterrupted periods of play. Children demonstrate agency and are encouraged by teachers to be independent explorers through our spacious environments that offer playgrounds and obstacle courses, sandpits, swings and a 'bike track'.
