Today we had the most delightful visit from some very special little lambs! 🐑❤️

Kaiako Bronwyn and her husband Todd, kindly brought the lambs along, giving our tamariki a wonderful opportunity to get up close and interact with them 🍼

The children absolutely loved feeding, patting and watching the lambs, with plenty of smiles, excitement and gentle hands on display. It was such a beautiful hands-on experience, connecting our tamariki with animals and the farming world right here at kindergarten. 🌿🐑

Ōn Monday we had the pleasure of welcoming Zappo The Magician.

Our tamariki mā learnt about:
Kitchen safety, hand washing, healthy choices, being tidy
Turn taking, being a kind friend, being helpful, and responsible.

All while watching some magic, having lots of laughs, and creating a special cake!

In honour of the Commonwealth Games and how proud we all are of our athletes, we held our very own games here at Kindergarten. Our tamariki had a go at long jump, hurdles, beam, and sprints. It was warming to see them all so supportive of each other, cheering for each other, and having fun while trying something new.
