One of our wonderful Kaiako, Sandy, dedicated time and care to building a climbing dome for our big royals tamariki.

The tamariki were excited to get involved, taking turns tightening every bolt and helping carry the dome outside. Since then, they’ve been loving every moment of climbing, exploring, and challenging themselves on their new play structure. Teamwork and fun all rolled into one great adventure!

Last week, something exciting was happening just outside our window at Peak Vision Church. The police dog handlers were using the space for training.
It was a wonderful moment of connection with our community, sparking curiosity and excitement for our Little Figs and Pēpi tamariki. We love exploring the world around us, even through the window!🐾

The weather may have been wet, but that didn’t stop our tamariki from getting stuck into some fantastic messy play with shaving foam! We headed out onto the deck in our wet weather gear and made the most of the rainy fun.

We’re going yellow to show our support for those affected by cancer. Our tamariki are decorating daffodil-themed pot plants, which will be available for a small donation. There are order forms by the sign in tablets in every room. All proceeds go to the Cancer Society 💐💛

❤️We proudly went red for Red Nose Day NZ in support of Cure Kids!
From dress-ups to donations, it was all for a powerful cause — helping fund vital child health research across Aotearoa.
Thanks to our amazing Whānau, we raised $145 to back brighter futures for our tamariki. ❤️

Last week, Our Little Figs and Big Royals had their very own Teddy Bear Picnic out on the playground! With Teddies by our side, a yummy lunch, giggles and sunshine, turning a simple day into a magical adventure.
