On Tuesday, we celebrated a special achievement with Emacey-Shaun, who attended the Unison Netball Medal Ceremony and was proudly presented with her certificate and medal! 🏅

A huge congratulations, Emacey-Shaun! We’re super proud of you and all your hard work on the netball court. Ka pai! 👏🏐💙

Kia ora whānau,
Our school hoodie has recently been discontinued. As of today, we have a new school hoodie available to purchase.

The new hoodie is black, featuring our school logo on the front, sleeve designs, and space for your child’s name on the back.

Cost: $50 each

Hoodies can be purchased from the school office.

We are excited to introduce our new school hoodie and hope you love the new design as much as we do!

🇹🇴❤️ Uike Lea Faka-Tonga – Tongan Language Week! ❤️🇹🇴

Last week we celebrated Tongan Language Week with a beautiful assembly showcasing the creativity, culture and learning of our tamariki.

Our Kākano, Puāwai, Mōrehu, Matewai and Tipu Ake tamariki shared their Tongan-inspired artwork, tapa designs, poetry and performances.

Our Junior Poly Group performed Malimali e, followed by a wonderful traditional faiva performance from Loisi, Mataiasi, Siope and their cousin.

Loisi and Mataiasi also shared a traditional kava ceremony from the Village of Kolovai - Hihifo, demonstrating the preparation, mixing and serving of kava using a kumete.

A huge mālō ‘aupito to our tamariki, whānau and staff for helping us celebrate and honour the Tongan language and culture. ❤️🇹🇴
