Helping with community projects and team and single projects. We meet Monday to Wednesday mornings from 9am.

Spring has finally arrived and the sun was shining.Great day to be in the Shed.
Little wooden statues nearly completed.
Little bike coming on with a coat of paint.Carriages to go with the trains.
And bikes in for overhaul.

Weather is starting to warm up.
Guys are busy in the Shed.
Mosaic art work is looking good.
130 year old baby rocker in for repairs.
Excavator in the process of contruction
Little wooden statues are looking good..
Little wooden train completed and a milling machine has arrived for the machine shop.

Off to a cold start this morning.
Good to see different projects going on in the Shed.
One on the members trying his hand at mosaic.another member working on a bird house.Kitchen chair getting a make over .Old style rocking chair getting a new lease on life.and a head board getting a coat of varnish.

Kids bike stripped down and ready for a coat of paint.Another bike in for a overhaul.And a kitchen chair in for repairs.

Great Day in the Shed.
Table are finished and ready to go home.Front end loader is finished.
Chopping boards are coming together.
And little box is getting etching on the lid.

Various projects on the go.
Digger starting to look good.
One of our members sanding down a kitchen cutting board.retro bike in for overhaul.another cutting up some scrap wood for firewood.Kitchen cupboard been refurbished and waiting pick up.

With the rain outside it's a good day to be in the Shed.
Mental Health week.Good time to get a wof for your health.Tables nearly completed.Little box coming along.Dressing table is starting to look good.tv cabinet looking good.Bikes are an on going project.Team meeting followed by a BBQ.

The Menzshed movement started back in the eighties In Sydney Australia.
Two Women Doctors found a lot of the older men patients suffered from depression which often led to su***de
These men needed something to do after working all there lives.So they started a menzshed in there back garden.There is now over 100 menzsheds in NZ alone.
This week is Mental health week.
But mental health is a all year round problem.

Winter has arrived .Good to be in the Shed.
The little digger is taking shape.
Dressing table in for overhaul.
Letter box head is being carved out.
Drawers are being added to the table.
Writing desk was bought into the shed for repairs.The problem is nobody knows who it belongs to or what has to be done.
