Hi everyone.

This Friday 25 September is Livestock Day up at school. You are all very welcome to join us! Event starts at 9.30am and will conclude with an awards ceremony - finishing up by 2pm.

Kiwitahi Parent & School (PTA) will be holding a bake sale, raffles and a sausage sizzle so bring your cash (or bank transfer). Their online auction items will also be on display https://new.biddingowl.com/Kiwitahiparentandschoolfundraisingauction
All funds raised will go toward in-school swimming lessons for our children.

There will be a coffee cart onsite and activities for those children who are not showing an animal - preschoolers are welcome to join in too.

For the very first time our year 5/6 hockey team were in the finals on Friday night and what a final it was!!!
David Street were a skilled team who provided a good challenge and our team rose to the occasion. They battled it out in a game that went into overtime; playing hard, never giving up and leaving it all out on the turf. Unfortunately there can be only 1 winner and David Street got the lucky winning goal.
We are so proud of our team and the outstanding season they have had, here’s to next year 🎉

Morrinsville Group Day... if your child is awarded a ribbon at our Kiwitahi School Livestock Day next Friday they are eligible to enter. We will promote this again after our Livestock Day event. More details coming out later this week about next Friday's Livestock Day.

We are aiming for sale in the second week of October.
All those donating a calf will receive a complimentary 20kg bag of GrainHub meal. The 1T GrainHub meal raffle was changed prior to ticket sales to an online auction (more details coming in a week or two on this). Many thanks for your support!
