The time has come to say farewell. Today is the last day as Curious Cubs Hillcrest.
Looking back over the past 9 and a 1/2 years the fun times have been immense. We are known for our amazing Whanau nights, dress up days and parties, celebration cafes, graduations, fun committed teachers and of course the multitude of whanau and children who have all been part of the Curious Cubs family. Thank you to all who have made the memories so special.
We still have our City Centre to carry on the wonderful traditions and all the memories from Hillcrest to look back on.

At Curious Cubs Hillcrest our excellent teacher to child ratios, and family values assure quality care and education. Curious Cubs provides an intimate environment in which family relationships are nurtured and respected. In our centre, we pride ourselves on knowing every family well, and we have several siblings who enjoy learning and growing together.

Mānawatia A Matariki! Over the past few weeks we have enjoyed many Matariki activities. We all enjoyed making soup and then finally welcomed our whanau back to the centre for a small Whanau evening. How wonderful to connect again ❤️

After nearly nine years our longest attending family has had their youngest son graduate. All 4 children have been through Curious Cubs and lucky for us they now have 2 more foster children coming to us soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️ such a special family.

Here at Curious Cubs Hillcrest we have been having some awesome fun over the past few days! Lots of Art, Wheels day and today we had a dress up day! We have all enjoyed some fun and happy times :)

Are you looking for a calm, nurturing environment for your baby, Toddler or Pre-schooler? In our Cubs room (Babies aged Under 2) we cater for up to 10 special babies. This lovely small room has wonderful caring teachers and is a special place for our young Cubs. We have a few spaces in this room available now ❤ We also have a few spaces in our 2-5 year old room which can have up to 30 children. Please call us on 07 856 4424 to come and visit or view the centre on www.curiouscubs.co.nz We are located in the heart of Hillcrest at 109 Cambridge road.

Diwali is a festival of lights; this festival is one of the most celebrated events in India and all over the world. It symbolises the victory of light over darkness.

One of our teachers Jo said – “This is a celebration of colour, light, love and happiness. I have Diwali close to my heart” Jo also cooked a yummy lunch of Butter Chicken, Roti and sweet treats!

We hope the light does have victory and we can welcome you all back to Curious Cubs very soon 😊

Our tamariki at Hillcrest Curious Cubs have been enjoying the sunshine and spring slowly arriving. Its lovely to see all of the happy smiley faces :)
