Our tamariki loved their visit to Rototuna Primary School!
They enjoyed exploring the school environment, visiting classrooms, and getting a feel for life at kura. One of the best parts was seeing so many familiar faces and catching up with friends who have already started school.
A wonderful step in building confidence for the transition to school! π

πΌπΈ PART 1 | Samoan Language Week πΌπΈ
What a meaningful week of learning, discovery, and celebration!
Our tamariki explored Samoan culture through a variety of experiences, including learning about the Samoan flag, practising Samoan greetings, creating beautiful leis, and discovering some of Samoa's unique flora and fauna.
Through stories, songs, art, and conversations, our children developed a deeper appreciation for the language, culture, and traditions of Samoa. These experiences help nurture a strong sense of belonging while encouraging respect and understanding for the diverse cultures within our community. β€οΈ

Some of the most important learning can't be measured. It's found in a helping hand, a caring gesture, and the connections our babies make with those around them.
Through everyday moments of care and affection, our tamariki are developing the foundations of empathy, trust, and belonging. These relationships help children feel safe, valued, and connected to their world. π

Sometimes school readiness looks like fizzing lemons, excited squeals, messy hands, and curious little minds ππ«§β¨
Through play, children are building confidence, communication, curiosity, and problem-solving skills every day π
Learning is most powerful when children are engaged, curious, and having fun.
