Just wanted to put this out there…
ITS A STRENGTH TO REACH OUT 💪❤️
While uncertainty can be unsettling, there are some things that we can do to look after our mental wellbeing:
➡️ Staying connected (distance, not distant)
➡️ Limiting your time online
➡️ Having a plan! Sticking to a schedule or routine
➡️ Moving your body daily
➡️ Exploring your local neighbourhood (at an appropriate distance)
➡️ Going easy on yourself
➡️ Noticing and appreciating small moments of joy
