Each year, we have the privilege of attending Koroneihana at Tūrangawaewae. Like last year, we took a delegation of Year 6 students to take part in learning outside the classroom and experience the speeches, performances, and atmosphere of this special occasion. We were also fortunate to be invited into Kimiora, where we enjoyed a delicious meal and the warm manaakitanga of the kaiāwhina. A big mihi to Whaea Celeste, Whaea Jocasta, and Whaea Izzy for transporting, supporting, and caring for our tamariki throughout the day.
