Michael and Ruth Germon – Melville, Hamilton

We are passionate musicians, and have been playing multiple instruments for over a decade now.

Michael specializes in guitar, bass and piano, Ruth in guitar and Singing.

Ruth also holds a Bachelor of Commercial Music from Wintec.

We have both played with and composed for multiple bands and projects, specializing in the rock and metal genres.

Whether you are a beginner who just wants to jam at home or whether you have aspirations of writing and performing your own music, we can help you on your musical journey.

Recently Compass Music Studio has grown to the point that my wife Ruth has been able to quit her non-music related job and start music teaching! She will now be available to teach private lessons for Guitar and Bass. Thank you all so much for your support to make this a reality us!
