Congratulations to Bianca Pilkington for her spectacular efforts, earning her a spot in the Master Electricians Apprentice Challenge Finals in Queenstown this October. Best of luck to her and the others from the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region! Do us proud!

The Waikato division of the Master Electricians Apprentice of The Year Challenge was held at J.A. Russell Te Rapa yesterday. A great day was had by all.
The challenges were tough and the competition was fierce but at the end of the day everyone learned a lot and had a great time doing so.

A big Congratulations goes out to the winners of the two categories:
- Jordan Pearce from Electriserv - Winner of the Domestic/Commercial category
- Bianca Pilkington - An ETCO apprentice working for Electrical Works - Winner of the Industrial category.

For all those thinking about it, make sure you enter next years competition. It's a great opportunity to meet some like-minded people and see what the industry has to offer.

ETCO Apprentice Joshua Phillips successfully completed his apprenticeship with ETCO recently. Our Regional Manager Steve Gardner caught up with him to officially hand him his qualification and completion certificate. And some morning tea for the workmates 😁

If you're an ETCO apprentice, put in the hard yards and you can expect the same.
