Students do not attend school when IEMs are on (except for their own) and are required to wear uniform to their IEM.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

We have recently received concerns from local residents about some student behaviour in the Overton Street area after school.

Reports include students riding bikes through private gardens, creating bike tracks through wooded areas, constructing temporary shelters using plastic sheets, and leaving litter such as takeaway wrappers.

We ask all students to remember that they are representatives of our school whenever they are travelling to and from school. Respecting private property, caring for our local environment, and disposing of rubbish responsibly are important expectations of all members of our school community.

We would appreciate parents and caregivers reinforcing these messages at home. Working together helps us maintain positive relationships with our neighbours and ensures that local spaces can be enjoyed by everyone.

On Tuesday, two Senior Forensic Technicians from PHF Science came to talk to our Junior High Forensic Files and Forensic Investigators modules.

🧪We have been learning about maths and science through the context of forensic science this semester. Stacey and Sarah taught us what forensic scientists do, how to become a forensic scientist and took us through some cool activities, just like real forensic scientists!
