⭐️ Middle 1 and 2 are excited to perform our production 'The World of Imagination' tonight for our first show

⭐️ Students need to be at school at 5pm to get ready for their performance. You are welcome to send a small snack and their drink bottle along with them.

⭐️All students need to be collected and signed out by an adult from the classroom at 7.15pm.

⭐️Doors open at 5.30pm and the show begins at 6.00pm.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tonight's show has 7 tickets available but there are also a handful of tickets available for Wednesday and Thursdays shows. These can be purchased from the office between 8.20am and 4pm.

❤️🖤🤍 Te Wiki o Te Reo Maaori 🤍🖤❤️

Last week our kura celebrated Te Wiki o te Reo Maaori by embracing and celebrating te reo Maaori through a range of fun and engaging activities. ✨

Our students enjoyed learning and singing waiata, reading and exploring Maaori books and games, creating art and searching for different kupu hidden around the school with our buddy classes (Tuakana/Teina). 🫶

We also held a Maaori themed colouring in competition, which showcased some amazing creativity from our tamariki. Mr I was the judge and the kids didn’t make it easy on him. Congratulations to our four winners who took out the top prizes. 🎉

Room 10 were also helpers in the kitchen and made some fried bread for our staff to show their appreciation. 👨‍🍳

It was wonderful to see our aakonga using te reo Maaori throughout the week, learning new words and phrases, and developing a greater appreciation for our special language and culture.

A huge mihi to everyone who got involved and helped make the week such a special celebration of te reo Maaori. Ake ake ake - a forever language ❤️🖤🤍

Our Middle 1 and 2 students are incredibly excited to showcase their talents in their upcoming production, ‘A World of Imagination’, this week! 🌟

🎟️ There are still tickets available, so don’t miss the chance to come along and support our talented students.

If you had your name on the waitlist and were successful in securing additional tickets, you will be notified by text or email on Monday 21 September by 2.50pm.

If you have been allocated additional tickets, we would really appreciate you collecting and paying for them as soon as possible.

If you no longer require your tickets, please let us know so that we can make them available to other families.

We can’t wait to see our students bring ‘A World of Imagination’ to life! 🌈🎶🎭

What a wonderful evening we had on Monday at our Year 5 & 6 Speech Finals! 🌟

A huge congratulations to our winners on their fantastic speeches and well-deserved achievements. 🏆👏

We would also like to congratulate every student who participated. It takes courage, preparation and confidence to stand in front of an audience and deliver a speech, and we are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. 🌟
