Te Kotahi Research Institute has been established to enhance engagement in research and development (R&D) by improving access to research and providing pathways for innovation. Increasing Māori engagement in these activities has the potential to contribute greatly to the Māori economy. However, the real value lies in how that additional wealth is used to transform and create well-being for Iwi, Māori, Indigenous communities and society.
