Mana motuhaketia too paa harakeke β¨
Nicki Kaa (Poihaakena Marae) and Missy Kaa (Maungatautari Marae) of Kaa Contracting share how opportunities working alongside TGH have helped grow their whaanau business.
A powerful example that when whaanau succeed together, the benefits are felt for generations.

Paul Columbus joined our whaanau 15 years ago when he was appointed to manage the brand new Novotel Auckland Airport hotel.
He went on to open and establish Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport hotel, the magnificent 5* hotel at the gateway to Aotearoa.
Thank you Paul for your care and stewardship of these two important tribal assets.
We appreciate you and all you have done for our iwi.
Happy retirement. π

Nau mai te Maatahi o te Tau! π«
This morning, our kaimahi and their whaanau gathered at Te Rau Putiputi, our Whatawhata farm, to welcome te tau hou with a hautapu. A deeply moving morning of connection, karakia, and remembrance.
Pictured are some of our roopuu ookawa who stood together during this morning's ritenga.
As we look to the skies, may this Matariki bring space for reflection, renewal, and a prosperous year ahead for you and your whaanau. π
