Welcome to Tracy's Place - Homebased Education

Hi, I’m Tracy and I have been a Homebased Educator since 2001 when my son was 2 years old. Currently contracted to Kids at Home.

I’m fair-minded, independent, honest, and reliable. I’m an optimist and I like to solve problems.

I provide a safe, secure and stable environment where children can learn with and alongside others, as they learn new tasks, discover new information, develop independence and social skills.

My program includes an array of toys, resources, and activities for learning to keep minds and bodies challenged.

We have opportunities to attend regular events such as play and gym groups where children can develop friendships and make discoveries and explore the community.

I believe in children having a contribution to their learning, so I value what children have to say. Listening and watching a child at play is a great way for me to learn what a child’s interests and strengths are, that way I can extend their interests and build on their strengths.
