Manifesting the future my mokopuna will be born into 👌🏽

Photos from KO AU's post 09/06/2026

When I was little, my ancestors told me a story about how the world began.

I didn’t know it then, but they were teaching me how to manifest.

It wasn’t a myth. It was a map. A code hidden inside a creation story that has survived everything, and it still works.

Three realms. One sequence. The oldest magic system on the planet.

Te Korekore. Te Pō. Te Ao Mārama.

Swipe to learn the secret your tūpuna already knew. 🌿

Your tongue is creating your reality. Full stop.
Not sometimes. Not when you’re intentional about it. All the time.

Had the best kōrero at wānanga this weekend.
A group of us nerding out on the power of words. Not gossiping or tearing anyone down. Actually talking about how our tūpuna left us frameworks for this and how the tongue manifests reality. Good or bad.
That hit me.
Because it’s not just what I say out loud. It’s what I’m speaking over my whānau and over my own life.
Every word is a creation event.
Our tūpuna knew this. They didn’t just talk for the sake of talking. Words were tools. Sacred ones.
So the question I’ve been sitting with since is
What reality am I building with my tongue?
And what needs to stop coming out of my waha so something better can come in?

Manifesting requires you to be delusional enough to think the impossible is possible 🌀🌎

A reminder from your tūpuna that you have the power to create your reality 🌀

My clothes tell the world who I am and what’s important to me. Winters coming and here’s my staples:

pōtae. tribal bomber - Ngāi Tūhoe represent. And my new WHETŪ & KAU umbrella repping the He Whakapūtanga and Tino Rangatiratanga flags.

Ko Au was there when first had this idea. Now look at them. Māori and Pasifika flags on umbrellas. Mean as! You’re welcome. 😂

If you’re a wahine, try this right now.
Run your hand across the top of your shoulders.
Right side tight? That’s your mahi load sitting there.
Left side tight? That’s YOU tired. Tinana tired.
Most wahine I work with are running on masculine energy 24/7: mahi, tamariki, whare, repeat. And it works. Until it doesn’t.
Your tinana keeps the score even when you’re not paying attention.
Te Pō and Te Ao Mārama are meant to balance each other out. Dark and light. Rest and action. You can’t live in one without the other.
If your left shoulder is cooked - go outside. No phone. No earphones. Just the ngahere, the awa, whatever’s near you, get out in the taiao. Walk. Breathe. Just BE. Let the taiao do what it’s always done.
It’s free. Grab your kids if you have to. Just go.
Your wairua knows how to find its way back. You just have to give it the chance.

I declared it. And Te Korekore moved.
Last week I stopped saying “I hope my PhD gets approved” and started saying “my PhD application is approved.”
Last night my supervisor emailed. The department reached out. It’s happening.
That’s the second tohu.
Te Korekore doesn’t respond to wishy washy. It responds to clear, intentional, audacious language. The void needs something to work with. Give it vague, it gives you vague back.
So now I’m auditing everything. Every conversation with myself about what’s coming.
Because if shifting my kōrero about one thing moved that fast, imagine what’s possible when I clean it all up.
Words aren’t just words. They’re instructions.
Speak clearly into Te Korekore. Be bold enough to believe what you’re saying.
