Hot Drinks are such a go to Winter Warmer!

OLD MINDSET ➡️ NEW MINDSET

If you find yourself struggling with a ‘diet mindset’ here are some ways to help make the shift and start your journey to having a healthier relationship with food.

1️⃣ Start by shifting your perspective, try to understand that food is fuel to nourish our mind, body and soul daily. Without it, we would struggle to function.

2️⃣ Stop restricting yourself from eating foods that you enjoy! Truth is restrictive eating will only make you crave them more, everything is okay in moderation. Balance is the key to a sustainable lifestyle.

3️⃣ Don’t view foods as “good” and “bad”, this is not to say that there aren’t foods out there that contain higher contents of certain macronutrients, however foods don’t have a moral value. No food is ‘fattening’ or bad for your health unless you eat too much of it.

The Menstrual Cycle 🩸

It can be frustrating sometimes trying to understand why you feel a certain way during trainings in relation to your menstrual cycle!

Here is how to navigate trainings during your menstrual cycle and an explanation of how the phases affect your performance energy levels & appetite.

If you don’t already, I highly recommend tracking your cycle using an app. This is the best way to know what to expect each week and if you’re feeling off, take a look in your app and the stage of your cycle might explain why 🫶🏻
