🏀 On Monday 27th July, we hosted Marlborough Boys' College for two exciting matchups!

👏 Junior A Boys secured a fantastic 73–45 win, dominating across all four quarters with an outstanding team performance.

🔥 Senior A Boys battled hard in an exciting contest, despite missing four of their regular starters. After a game full of lead changes, Marlborough edged ahead in the final seconds to take a narrow 62–59 win.

A huge congratulations to all our players, and thank you to Marlborough Boys' College for making the trip down! A fantastic hit-out ahead of Tournament Week. 🏀💪

🏉 What to Bring to Camp
To help make the most of your Girls Rugby Development Camp experience, please ensure each player brings:

🏉 Rugby boots (or suitable sports shoes if boots aren't available)
🛡️ Mouthguard (required for all rugby activities)
💧 Named drink bottle (filled with water)
🍎 Packed lunch (for full development days)
🍌 Morning tea and/or healthy snacks (especially for the longer sessions)
👕 Comfortable training clothes suitable for running and rugby
🧥 Warm clothing (hoodie/jacket and trackpants for breaks or colder weather)
🌧️ Wet weather gear (just in case)
🧢 Hat and sunscreen (weather dependent)
🧦 Spare socks (recommended)
🎒 A small bag to keep all belongings together

Please Remember
✔️ Clearly name all clothing, drink bottles and equipment.
✔️ Arrive 10–15 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in.
✔️ Bring a positive attitude, be ready to learn, make new friends and have fun!

Day of the SISS Junior Netball Tournament Inc and it was a massive day with three games to play. Everyone's pretty tired, including management 😅
Unfortunately one of our players had to depart early due to illness on night two, take care Aalia 💞

8.30am v Trinity Catholic College loss 14-29
1.30pm v Aparima College DRAW 17-17 - THRILLER of a game
7.30pm SEMIFINAL for 9-12th placings Papanui High School WIN 32-12. A convincing win to head into finals on a high 🙌🏻

Today is the final game playing off for 9/10th position against South Otago High School at 12:30pm - best of luck team!! 💙💚

Day 2 results from the SISS Junior Netball Tournament Inc had our team had their first loss in the final round of pool play which was a tight one, however the two early wins puts the team into the top 16 of the Combined Grade 👏🏻

First game of crossovers for round 2 of pool play, and fourth game of the event saw another loss, but the team are in good spirits and looking forward to the fifth game of the tournament.

- 23-28 South Otago High School
- 16-27 v Lincoln High School

Day 1 saw two great wins 👏🏻
- 22-21 v Hillview Christian School
- 51-12 v Darfield High School
