Beach Haven Community Yoga is about bringing enjoyable and accessible yoga to our local community here in Beach Haven. Vinyasa flow is a fun, flowing style of yoga set to music. You will relax, stretch, build up some strength, and go away feeling fantastic. Classes are taught by Sarah Hon, who is a qualifie

d, experienced and caring yoga teacher. All classes are suitable for beginners, and everyone is welcome. Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 7:45pm

Day retreats are a beautiful and accessible way to drop deeply into the remembrance of your Essence Nature - that effortless melting into Grace - without the scheduling demands, time and expense of a longer retreat. They’re also a really important opportunity to drop into meaningful connection with the kula (community) around you. This is why I created ReConnect back in 2020, and why I’m so thrilled to be opening that space again, in just over a month. At our very own Beach Haven Hall :)

Next term classes start Tuesday 21st July, 6:30pm - 7:45pm (during school term). Beach Haven community Hall.
