What do you appreciate today?
I appreciate The Garden Gate for their constant source of fresh produce, and less waste than supermarkets.
Always conscious of my choices. Sometimes effort over convenience pays off. 🙌🏽

💭 Did you know most tea bags contain plastic. Therefore they are harmful to your health, and the environment.
They cannot be composted either.
So.. where you can buy organic or plant based tea bags.
Even better, buy loose leaf tea!
You can often get loose refills at refilleries.

Had a fun day with Mum hanging out at a pre-loved clothing sale in my old home town. 🏡 such a cool way to raise funds for West Otago
A) giving these clothes a 2nd chance
B) ethical fashion
