Scabies is currently in our community. If your tamaiti is itchy please get your tamaiti checked by their doctor or go to the chemist to get some treatment. It is highly contagious and your clothing and bedding will need to be washed. See attached flyers. Raukawa Whanau Ora have a FREE nurse clinic on Tuesday & Wednesday no appointment needed & they can give out FREE scabies cream for treatment.

Reminder

On the 6th and 7th of August, our staff are attending our annual National Kura aa Iwi 2-day professional development conference. Learning will be hybrid- online, or workpacks will be sent home for mokpuna who can not access their learning.

Next Wednesday, the 5th of August, our Year 10-13 tauira are attending the open day at UCOL. Our tauira will be dropped off at the bus stop at Countdown at 2:30 pm as the open day finishes at 2 pm.
