Here at , we're developing confidence and capability by....hanging upside down and army crawling?!
Working on rings builds grip strength, being upside down gets your vestibular system used to changes to spatial orientation, army crawls build across-body coordination, and it all builds the ability to use physical techniques to achieve.

And also, it's just fun!! (Didn't quite manage to get shots of the kids hanging upside down like .)

Term Three has begun! It's great to be back on the mat.

This Saturday:
Ladies class at the special time of 3pm!
Casual rolling from 4:15pm!

Then normal classes restart next week:
Monday 20th, first day of competition class
Wednesday 22nd, first day of normal curriculum class
