Undoubtedly there was some excitement in homes this evening in anticipation of the snow on the way and the possibility of a late start tomorrow or even a closure! Make sure you keen an eye on Hero for any official notifications. You can also tune in to More FM for updates.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Otago Orienteering Primary School Trophy this year. Third place is an incredible achievement!

We just enjoyed a game of Cross the River Dodgeball. Our student fitness leaders come up with great ideas for getting everyone moving!

We had a blast learning ripper skills today with Kelly Sports!

Kia ora e te whānau, Alice here. Today is Te Rā o Tumeke Tumuaki, a day to acknowledge tumuaki (principals) and the incredible work they do in their kura up and down the motu.
At St Leonards we are so lucky to have Sarah (or Miss T as she is more fondly known) as our Tumuaki. She juggles the dual roles of both principal and teacher and works tirelessly to ensure our tamariki are equipped with everything they need to go out into the world and be great humans who are capable, kind, and connected to their communities and the environment.
Sarah, on behalf of the St Leonards School community thank you for everything you do for our school and our tamariki.
