Art Club- Mobile business that provides courses for children in Visual Arts and Creativity. Courses run throughout the school term and in school holidays.

Hello all! Hope you are enjoying your holidays and this glorious weather.
If you would like your child to re- enrol for 2015 term 1 Art Club here are the details.
We are looking at Impressionism and its associated artists including some Van Gogh. We also look at line and how it is used to enhance the mood of a picture, graffiti art and its associated artists and how to use art to enhance the imagery created in words with a look at some wonderful work from Yayoi Kusama. It promises to be fun and creative!
Details:
- Mondays (SFX) & Wednesdays (MHS) starting week 2 (9th Feb) and running each week including the last week of school term.
-3.15-5.15pm in Room 3 (SFX) and Coronation Hall (MHS)
- Cost is $150 for one child, $280 for 2 children
- All materials provided
- Bring smock, water bottle and snack.
- Payment due prior to commencement of Art Classes- (asap please, helps me order materials quickly).

Classes confirmed for next year. St Francis Xavier on Mondays, Maori Hill School on Wednesday ( no Thursday class as yet...still waiting on numbers). Sawyers Bay still unconfirmed, watch this space: )
Now it's time to prep for the Christmas bonanza at Maori Hill School. Lots of Christmas activities and creativity to be explored. Parent helpers: I will be at the hall from 2pm. You're amazing...thank you!

Beautiful buildings filled with straight, curved, thick and thin lines... Next term we are looking at how to tease the contours of a building out from a continuous line.

Reminder to senior Maori Hill Artists... There is no Wednesday art club next week... Your last class is on Tuesday of the last week of school...we are all together seniors and juniors... One big Christmas bonanza!

Maori Hill Junior Artists have been busy drawing their under the sea landscapes filled with sharks, turtles, mermaids and dolphins... Can't wait to see them covered in pastels, watercolour paints, glitter, cellophane and crepe paper. Love your patience and creativity everyone!
Taking enrolments now for term 1, 2015. Please email me on [email protected] to enrol your child. Without this I cannot confirm numbers, therefore cannot confirm classes.
