Our focus is to provide a welcoming, friendly learning environment for our tamariki. We close for statutory holidays and five teacher-only days during the year.
We are inclusive and flexible within our setting, and embrace all the cultures of our community and different learning styles of our tamariki. Session Times Available for 2 - 6 years
Monday to Friday
ALL DAY 8.30 - 2.30
Half Days also available 8.30 - 12.30
We operate all year, from mid-January until just prior to Christmas.

Come play and explore with us! We currently have full time spaces available. Our natural, exciting and challenging environment is the perfect place to create lasting childhood memories.

Our tamariki love challenging their bodies and minds!
At Halfway Bush Kindergarten, children are encouraged and supported to invent, experiment, move with confidence, and challenge themselves physically, reflecting Te Whāriki’s aspiration for children to grow as competent and confident learners.

We had a great morning at Polyfest on Friday, and our Halfway Bush tamariki performed amazingly! A big thank you to all our parent helpers.
