🎬🌏 Meet Chuyang from China, a Master's student in Film and Media Studies at the University of Otago.

After working in the broadcasting industry in China, Chuyang chose the University of Otago to deepen her knowledge of media and communication and develop the critical thinking skills needed to understand how communication shapes our world.

What she values most about studying at Otago is the supportive learning environment, interactive seminars, and the opportunity to exchange ideas with people from diverse backgrounds. From the wider university to her department and UniFlats, she has found a community that made studying and living in New Zealand feel like home.

If you're passionate about storytelling, media, and understanding how communication influences society, explore the University of Otago's new Master of Communications programme and take the next step in your career.
