For those who get the buses, note that we’ll start the runs just before 10, or when it’s safe. Please be in contact with the bus drivers if you are unsure.

At this stage Evening Conferences will still go ahead, but we’ll keep you posted later today if we need to cancel due to the weather.

The Otago Daily Times has issued the following weather warning:

"Dunedin residents may be late for work on Tuesday as a polar blast hits the city on Monday night. Snow levels are expected to fall to sea level until noon on Tuesday, MetService said in an update on Monday morning. MetService forecaster Gerard Bellam earlier said a very cold front would hit Stewart Island on Monday morning and travel up the east coast of the South Island."
