Another busy week for us here and hard to believe we only have x2 weeks left of term😅
For our artistic flair week we made comic strips
Masking tape art, mosaic art and painting craze(we made our own straw and cotton bud paint tools which was so fun)
As always the children explore different ways of being creative which is a wonderful skill to develop and to grow independent thinking.
This week our buzz word is Open.
We are an open and inclusive centre and we show this by welcoming everyone to our hive and by respecting that we are all different. When we are open, we try new things and meet challenges head on 😀

Tonight we had a case of Disco Fever when we joined St Francis Xavier to do some face painting and have a bit of a sing( speaking for myself lol) at their annual disco!
It is definitely a highlight for us and we loved being part of such a fantastic night.

This week was our minute to win it theme. We did Puddles Jumper, shoot the hoop, face the Cookie( the faces were hilarious 😂) pompom races and balloon Up challenge.
Was a great week with many children saying this was their favorite theme so far 👌
Our buzz theme this week was Rewarding. We talked about different types of rewards. Stickers on the chart, prizes from the prize box, mastering something you find tricky. Doing the right thing even when it's hard. Being a good friend. Our children show us every day that they uphold the BBs values and this is very rewarding for us to see 😊🐝❤️
