Fixed Term Learning Assistant

Location: Halfway Bush, Dunedin
Hours: 12.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9:00am–11:30am
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Learning assistant to support our teachers in working alongside students both in the classroom and in the playground.
The successful candidate will:
Be a collaborative and reliable team member
Enjoy working with children and their whānau
Demonstrate initiative, empathy, and a positive attitude
Have the ability to self-manage and problem-solve when required
Be a New Zealand citizen or hold a valid New Zealand work visa
Be able to successfully pass a police vetting check, as required for all staff working in New Zealand schools
