There is no ornament like virtue
There is no misery like worry
There is no protection like patience
There is no friend equal to generosity

Classic meditation
Breath naturally. Focus on the outbreath. Each time you breath out you are letting go and releasing all your grasping. Imagine your breath dissolves into the all pervading expanse of space.
Before you breath in again find there is a natural gap as your grasping dissolves. Rest in that gap - that open space. When you naturally breath in - keep the mind resting in the gap that has opened up.
After ten or twenty minutes rock the body gently, deepen your breathing and come out of your meditation.
Enjoy!

Something essential

"Resting our awareness on the breath, we focus on the present moment, not chasing after memories from the past or speculating about the future. Through practices such as this, inner contentment can grow progressively. Sometimes when we feel a little helpless, or think we lack something, or feel lost, if we remember to focus on our breath, we can experience happiness. In addition, concentrating on the breath reminds us of our interdependence with the environment and the plants that provide us with the oxygen we need. Breathing can become something wondrous."

Those who delight in benefiting others
Are supreme, like a lamp made from a light giving jewel,
It relies not on oil, nor vessel, nor wick
Yet gives forth great light.

The Bridge to a new level of wellness

New item by Ani Kunzang 09/04/2018

In the entire ten quarters of the Buddha land
There is only one vehicle,
When we see clearly there is no difference in all the teachings.
What is there to lose ? What is there to gain ?
If we gain something, it was there from the beginning.
If we lose anything, it is hidden nearby.
Look at the ball in the sleeve of my robe,
Surely it has great value.
