As we go about our day the children explore and discover, making sense of their natural world.

We are letting our community know we currently have spaces for children 2-5 yrs of age 30 hrs free. Give us a call 487-6704 or pm.

Along with many other kindergarten associations, Dunedin Kindergartens will close all kindergartens in response to NZEI’s intention of strike action on Thursday 16th March. We recognise and respect the process of employment negotiation and regret the inconvenience this might cause for families. We’ll welcome children back to kindergarten on Friday 17th March.

Ribs, heart, skeleton, lungs, brain were some of the body parts discussed today.

We value learning through play 😀. Imagining, inventing, experimenting.........making roads, rivers, mountains and holes creates a fun space for monster trucks to get stuck. Bring in the diggers and spades. Working alongside others supports positive relationships 😀

We have 7 baby chicks visiting us at kindergarten this week. We are learning how to care for them, keeping them clean, watered and well fed. We are practicing being gentle, kind quiet and patient. 😀
