A big thank you to Depot Ceramics Studio for supporting the Fair on the Hill.

If you haven’t discovered this local gem yet, it’s such a great experience; pick your piece, get creative with paints, and their team takes care of the rest (including firing). Whether it’s a quick creative hour or something a bit more detailed, it’s the perfect mix of fun and relaxation.

Pieces range from playful to practical, so it’s just as good for kids as it is for adults.

We’re so grateful for their support of our school community, definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something a little different to do locally.

A big thank you to local artist Karlalise Horstmans for supporting the Fair on the Hill Auction with this beautiful artwork.

Takarunga Calliope captures a scene that many Devonport locals will instantly recognise; the intersection of Victoria Road and Calliope Road, with Takarunga / Mount Victoria rising in the background. It’s a view woven into everyday life here, thoughtfully captured in Karlalise’s distinctive style.

The original painting has already sold, and this archival quality A3 giclée print is part of a strictly limited edition of just 10.

We’re so grateful to Karlalise for contributing this special piece to our auction and supporting our school community.

Big thanks to The Officers Mess for once again helping make Fair on the Hill happen. Every year they generously cook our pulled pork; a huge job that feeds a lot of hungry fair-goers and supports our school community in the best possible way. 😋

Perched above the harbour at Fort Takapuna, The Officers Mess is one of the North Shore’s most charming venues. With incredible views, rich history and award-winning food, it’s the perfect setting for weddings, celebrations and corporate events. We’re lucky to have them supporting our local community.
