Matariki celebrations. Our children were very busy today...scrubbing, peeling and chopping the lovely vegetables our families had donated. Zane has been exploring with our sensorial materials this week and constructed this high tower which touched the ceiling of JENZ Montessori. He used the Broad Stairs and Pink Tower Blocks showing his skill to discriminate size, shape and colour !! In another work he did a sensorial extension with Number Rods and Red Rods. There is enough opportunities for a learner to explore and to imagine in a Montessori Class Room!! Kia Pai Zane. You enticed everyone in the class to explore!
