When students think about performing, they often worry about making mistakes.

But here's something many musicians learn with experience:

The audience rarely remembers the mistakes.
They remember the confidence, the energy, the emotion, and the courage it took to get up and perform.

As we prepare for our Mid-Year Showcase, we're reminding our students that a great performance isn't about perfection. It's about preparation, expression, resilience, and sharing the music you've worked hard to learn.

Which of these performance skills do you think is most important? ๐Ÿ’›๐ŸŽถ

Being scared of making mistakes when we perform is something every performer faces. But if we waited to share our music until we were perfect, that day may never come! ๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽธ๐Ÿฅ

This month we are going to be sharing some practical tips for whฤnau and students on our social media accounts to help prepare towards performances like our upcoming mid-year concert!

At Amplify we encourage our students to not chase perfection but to enjoy sharing the music they are creating at the right opportunities. If you are interested in enrolling your child in lessons please head to our website www.amplify.mymusicstaff.com ๐ŸŽถ
